"Hands down, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. I opened my account in November 2025, and here we are in April 2026—nearly six months later—and the problems still haven’t stopped.

It is honestly unbelievable that a company as large and established as this can’t manage to correctly set up and maintain something as basic as an auto and life insurance policy. From the very first month, there have been constant “system issues” that somehow always result in me being charged more than what I was originally quoted.

Every single month, it’s the same script: “Once you make this payment, everything will be corrected.” And every single month, that turns out to be completely false. Instead of fixing anything, it just leads to another issue, another charge, and another excuse. It feels like being nickel-and-dimed over and over again with no real resolution in sight.

Now here we are, almost half a year later, and I was told AGAIN today that “after this payment, everything will match the quote.” At this point, that statement means absolutely nothing.

If you’re considering going with this company, don’t just walk away—run. Save yourself the frustration, the wasted time, and the constant billing headaches, and take your business somewhere that actually values accuracy and accountability."
